Username and Password for New Employees

Welcome to IUSD!  Each IUSD employee is issued a unique username and password. This username and password will grant you access to technology resources, including the substitute/time reporting system, district email, district computers, secure district websites, and wireless internet on IUSD campuses.

Your technology account will be set up within two business days of completing your hiring process with Human Resources (HR).   Your initial username and password will be: 

• Username:  Your first and last “preferred” name provided to HR ( e.g., johnsmith ).
• Password:  Capital first initial of your first name, lowercase first initial of your last name, #, followed by the ten-digit primary phone number you provided to HR. ( e.g.,  Js#1234567890 )

Note:  To be able to use technology resources, you must first change your password at https://iusd.okta.com.  We recommend using a laptop/desktop (not a mobile phone) to complete this step.
