This tutorial will show students how to access a specific National Geographic Kids article or resource from home that has been shared with them by link.
Alternatively, for direct access to the database, users can navigate to https://iusd.org/natgeokids.
Step 1: Visit National Geographic Kids
Click on the link for a National Geographic Kids resource that your teacher has shared with you. Here is an example: http://tinyurl.gale.com/tinyurl/E7hZf9
If you are on the district network, this link should take you right to the article about chocolate. If you are accessing this from home, you will see a request for a login:
Step 2: Enter password
Enter the password: poppy and then sign in. This should bring you to this article:
