What is the purpose of this tutorial?
This resource guide is intended to assist users with logging into TV.IUSD.org and what could be the issue on why they cannot view a video sent to them.
Section 1: Parents & Students |
You should not need to log into TV.IUSD.org in order to view videos. If you are having issues watching a video due to it asking you to log in, please contact the original sender of the video to let them know you cannot view it. They may have the video set as Private instead of Published or Unlisted.
Section 2: Staff Members |
Please follow the How to Log Into TV.IUSD support document that will show you how to log into TV.IUSD.org.
If you are not able to view a video that was sent to you, the original sender might have the privacy setting to Private. Please reach out to them to see if they can update the setting to either Published or Unlisted so you can view the video.
If you cannot remember your password and would like to reset it, please follow the Staff IUSD Account Password Reset support document. Keep in mind this will reset your password for all of you IUSD platforms, so please use this as a last case scenario.
