UserWay: Hiding Widget (Toggle Visibility)

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS TUTORIAL?

This tutorial demonstrates how to hide the UserWay widget and also how to make it visible again should a user change their mind.

1. Activate the WIDGET

The widget can be activated from two main places on the website.  It's (1) main action button is in the lower right hand corner.  It can also be activated in the top tool bar (2) above the main navigation via the link "Accessibility". 

2. Hide the widget

Once opened, scroll to the bottom of the widget  click "Move/Hide Widget".

The section expands and first:

• (1) Select the radio button for "Hide"
• (2) and additional duration options will appear and select your desired time.
• (3) Last Click "Hide Widget"

The main widget Action button no longer shows on the page.

3. Toggle the widget (Open Again)

Pressing CTRL + U, will bring the UserWay action button back and cancel the previous hide setting.  Pressing CTRL + U again will also toggle widget open and close as well.
