WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS TUTORIAL?

This guide also demonstrates how to toggle between accounts for staff who already have a Canva account with their IUSD email address.

Note: If you haven't accessed Canva before, please click here.

STEP 1: Log in to Canva

Navigate to iusd.org/canva or click the Canva link in the iusd.org bookmarks folder.

STEP 2: How to Switch Teams

Once you’ve logged in to Canva, you will see that you have joined an IUSD team in the upper right corner.

To access your previous design projects, you will need to switch to your other team.

• Click on the drop-down arrow next to your name.
• Click on the team you would like to view.

Note: Only accounts created with your IUSD email will show in the drop down menu. 

If you subscribe to a Pro account in Canva, you will want to cancel your subscription as it will continue to charge you even if you are logging in to the IUSD team in Canva with that same email address.

STEP 3: Copy Designs to Another Account

If you have created designs with a Pro account, some images will display a watermark once your subscription has been canceled. You’ll want to copy these to your IUSD account so that all images display properly.

Note: Your designs will remain private to you and will not be shared with all of IUSD.

• Click on the menu button on a design or folder

• In the pop-up menu, select Copy to another team

• Select your IUSD account from the options listed. Click on the Copy button.

You should see a progress bar pop-up.

Once your design has been copied, you will see a pop-up at the top of your screen indicating that the design has been copied to your IUSD account.

To view the designs you’ve copied, switch back to your IUSD account in Canva by clicking your name or initials in the upper right corner. Next, select your IUSD account.

Once inside your IUSD account, select Projects from the left navigation bar. Then select the Designs tab.
