WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS TUTORIAL?
MySchoolBucks is the preferred method of payment for student fines. If a student needs to pay a fine, you can find those instructions here: Getting Started with MySchoolBucks
If a student has paid a fine in MySchoolBucks and later finds the lost item within 90 days, please follow these steps:
Inspect the item to assess any damage.
If the item is in acceptable condition and can continue to be circulated, check the item back in via Destiny.
Submit a ticket to HelpDesk@iusd.org with "MySchoolBucks Refund" in the subject line and include the name of the school site, name of the book/item and name of the student.
If the item is returned outside of 90 days and/or is too damaged to return to circulation, please send the item back home with the student and do not check the item back into Destiny.
