Where to Find and Complete the Middle School Intent Return Form in the Parent Portal

What is the purpose of this tutorial?

The purpose of this guide is to show you how to locate the Intent To Return form in the Parent Portal.

Step 1:  Log into your Parent Portal account at My.iusd.org. The form will only be available in the portal for parents.

Step 2:  Click on Student Info. and select the Middle School Intent to Return form tab

Step 3:  Click on the “Add” button on the right side of the page.

Step 4:  Choose an option from each of the drop-down menus and provide a comment if needed.  Then click “Save”
