1: How do I create a parent portal account?

2: May I have my verification code to complete the set-up of my portal account?
We no longer issue verification codes due to security reasons. Please see instructions above for information on creating parent and/or student accounts.
3: Why can’t I add my other student to my portal account?
Students are automatically added to portal accounts based on the email address on file. Please confirm the email address on file for the parent in the contact screen. Make sure they match the sibling. Please see How to Create a Parent or Student Portal Account for information on creating parent and/or student accounts.
4: Why can’t I log on to my portal account?
The parent may be using an email address other than the one on file in the Contact screen. Please confirm the parent is using the same email address to log on to the portal as is on file in the student’s contact information.
5: Why don’t I see Data Confirmation on my portal account?
Please check to confirm the parent email address is not listed in the student email field. If it is, please remove the parent email address from the student email field. When the pop up box appears, please choose the option to leave the account alone. Once that is updated, please email the IS Support team to let us know so we can then change the portal account from a student account to a parent account.
6: How do I check grades from last year?
Go to https://my.iusd.org. At the bottom of the page you will see the following information. Please click on "Click Here for Past School Year” to log on to last year’s parent portal.
