WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS TUTORIAL?

This tutorial is intended to show parents and students how to view the Course Requests Live in their Pre-Enrolled record at an IUSD Middle School or High School.

Step 1: Login to your Aeries Portal Account

Go to https://my.iusd.org. Enter the email address associated with the portal account, then click NEXT.

Enter the password associated with the portal account, then click SIGN IN.

Step 2: Go to Pre-Enrolled Record

Original View: Hover over the Change Student tab at the top of the page, then select the Pre-Enrolled record from the list.

New View: Select the Pre-Enrolled record from the dropdown menu in the upper left corner.

Step 3: View Course Requests Live

Click on the Student Info tab, then click on Course Requests Live.
