WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS TUTORIAL?
MySchoolBucks is the preferred method of payment for student fines. If you need to pay a fine, you can find those instructions here: Getting Started with MySchoolBucks
If a student has paid a fine in MySchoolBucks and later finds the lost item within 90 days, they may be entitled to a refund. Please follow these steps:
Return the item to the school site. Depending on the item, this may need to be returned to the library, athletics office, music department etc. When in doubt, the school's front office can provide more information.
If the item is in acceptable condition and can continue to be circulated, the school site will check the item back in.
The school site will then contact our IT team to issue the refund.
If the item is returned outside of 90 days and/or is too damaged to return to circulation, a refund may not be possible.
