WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS TUTORIAL?

To help students login and sync their IUSD accounts to Google Chrome, which will allow students to show up in Blocksi.

This tutorial is for users on Windows laptops or desktops. Chromebooks will automatically sign into the Chrome web browser.

Step 1: Open Google Chrome

Open up the Google Chrome web browser. 

Step 2: Log in to Chrome 

Click on the Icon located in the top right corner.

Step 3: Add Your IUSD Account

Then Click on the “Add” button.

Step 4: Enter Your Name 

Enter your name and then click the “Add” button.

Step 5: Sign In  

Click on the “Already a Chrome user? Sign in” button. 

Sign in using your  IUSD email and password. 

Step 6: Sync Google Account 

Click on “Yes, I'm in” in the drop down menu.

Step 7: Select Your IUSD Account   

1. Click the icon in the top right corner.
2. Choose the student IUSD account you just added.

Confirm that you are now logged into your IUSD account on Google Chrome.

Step 8: Confirm Blocksi Extension 

Confirm that the Blocksi extension shows up in the student account.

Click on the “extensions” icon at the top right and you should see “Blocksi Enterprise Edition”  

If you are signed in and have synced your IUSD account and don’t see the Blocksi Icon under your extensions then please send an email to helpdesk@iusd.org 

Please make sure to log out of the student account in Google Chrome at the end of the school day.
